ION (IP/Optical Networks) Network Automation department works on network and service management, including 5G, automation, device configuration, service provisioning, and traffic optimization for Nokia's clients.
The UX team aims to create a better experience in Nokia's network management products which can best visualize and ease the use for clients to manage their network operations.
I assisted senior UX designers to research and explore of alternative interaction designs for Nokia’s network management products based on user testing results.
